Growing up, Juto was constantly bullied; feeling alienated and helpless. By introducing fitness into his daily life through dance and strength training, he made it through to the other side with his head held high. The reason why I wanted to become a life coach is because I was a person who was living my life for other people and not living my life the way I wanted to live it.
